Conditions of Sale

This ticket is issued on behalf of the Event Organizer responsible for the event and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

 

1) Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of this event as documented online at www.gslt20.com

 

2) Tickets are for the personal use of the holder only and cannot be resold. Age Limit to buy a valid entry ticket is 3.

 

3) Tickets that are resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the event organizers or one of its authorized agents, will become void and the holder may be refused entry.

 

4) It is accepted and acknowledged by the Ticket Holder that the Event organizer has a right to make changes to the advertised schedule as a result of circumstances beyond their control.

 

5) Entry to the Match will be refused if the ticket has been tampered with, defaced or damaged in anyway.

 

6) Once tickets have been purchased, they cannot be cancelled or exchanged

 

7) Every member of the audience, including children must be in possession of a valid ticket which must be produced to gain entry into the event

 

8) The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission if ticket holder is unable to provide proof of being fully vaccinated and shall have no entitlement to refund

 

9) The Ticket holder only has the right to a seat to the value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the event organizer reserves the right to provide alternative seats.

 

10) The event will be recorded live for use in the forum of sound recordings, photography, television videotapes and other means of audio and audiovisual reproductions, now known or to be invented. The purchaser of this ticket agrees to participate in the said recordings and grants all necessary consents needed.

 

11) Before entering, all patrons will be subject to a search in a manner permissible under the law. In the interests of public safety, anyone refusing to consent to personal search will be denied entry without a refund. Where offensive materials are found, they will be confiscated.

13) In the event of the match being a no result ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund if fewer than 3 overs are completed.

To receive a refund, the retained portion of the ticket stub must be presented and surrendered to a ticket office authorised by GSL Limited within ten (10) working days after the completion of the game for which the refund is being sought for all Tickets purchased through Box Office. All online tickets will be refunded online. Refunds will be made only for tickets purchased from the organisers ticket office or www.cplt20.com. Under no other circumstances will refunds be given. The organiser reserves the right to exchange the tickets for a rescheduled date

Refunds shall only be made to the person whose name appears on the ticket.

Party Stand Refunds Only the Cricket Component of the Party Stand ticket will be refunded. Specific information on this is available upon request through the local Ticket Office.

BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM AUTHORISED OUTLETS ONLY. ANYONE SEEKING TO GAIN ADMISSION USING A COUNTERFEIT TICKET WILL BE PROSECUTED.
